Ardezan (“we”, “us”) runs this website and the services on it. If you have a question about your information or want to use any of the rights below, email support@ardezan.com.

• Account details — your name, email and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Orders — what you bought, your shipping and billing addresses, any note you add, and your order history.
• Try-on photos — the full-length photos you upload, and the AI previews generated from them.
• People on your account — the names, relationship and photos of anyone you add to shop for (for example a partner or a parent), and their measurements if you enter them.
• Measurements — body measurements you enter for yourself or others, measurements sent through an order’s measurement link, and size estimates our AI makes from a try-on photo (chest, waist, hip, height).
• Design Me and My Closet — your design briefs, reference images, and photos of clothes you own.
• Membership — whether you’re a member and your renewal date. Card details are held by Stripe, not by us.
• Messages — what you send us, and replies.
• Security signals — to stop abuse of the AI features we record your country, browser family, device type, a one-way hash of your network address, and a fingerprint of each uploaded photo (a short code that can’t be turned back into the picture).

We don’t run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

• To run try-ons, Design Me, My Wardrobe and your account.
• To make, pack and deliver your order — including cutting made-to-order pieces from the measurements you give us.
• To take payment, and to manage a membership.
• To email you about your orders, measurements we still need, and your account. Marketing emails only if you opt in.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

When you start a try-on, the photo is stored with us and sent to Google (Gemini), our AI provider. It checks the photo is suitable — including that the person appears to be an adult — estimates proportions and sizes, and generates a preview of the person in the chosen clothes. Google processes it as our service provider.

Previews are labelled as AI-generated. They’re approximations, not photographs of the real garment on the real body. We never use your photos to train AI models, and we never sell them.

You can add people you shop for to your account. When you do, you confirm that they are 18 or older and have agreed to you using their photo and measurements with Ardezan. Photos of children can’t be used, and our checks reject photos that appear to show someone under 18.

You can remove a person, their photo or their measurements at any time in My Wardrobe. Anyone whose information was added by someone else can also ask us directly to delete it.

Only the companies we need to run the service, for that purpose:

• Google — AI processing of photos and design briefs.
• Stripe — payments and membership billing.
• Hosting and storage providers — the servers, database and file storage the site runs on, and our email delivery provider.
• Our tailoring and production partners — what they need to make your piece: the item, the measurements for it, who it’s for, and for Design Me orders the brief and design image.
• Delivery carriers — the name and address on the parcel.
• Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or to protect our rights and our customers.

We don’t sell personal information or share it for advertising.

• Try-ons without an account — the photo and previews are deleted after about 24 hours.
• Try-ons with an account — kept in My Wardrobe until you delete them or your account.
• Saved photos of you and the people on your account — kept until you remove the photo or the person.
• Measurements, closet pieces and designs — kept until you remove them or your account.
• Looks behind an order — the preview and photo behind a piece you ordered are kept so we pack the right item, then deleted 30 days after the order is completed.
• Orders — kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. The measurements copied onto an order stay with it.
• Security signals and AI usage records — 30 days.

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and nothing for advertising. Your browser also stores your cart, an anonymous ID that keeps the free try-on allowance fair, a record of your AI consent, and a copy of your latest try-on photo so you don’t have to upload it again. That copy stays on your device; clearing your site data removes all of it.

• Remove photos, people, measurements, try-ons and closet pieces yourself in My Wardrobe, and your saved-photo and body-profile settings in Details & privacy.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything in it, by emailing support@ardezan.com. We’ll confirm it’s you and reply within 30 days. We keep order records the law requires us to keep.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law — for example to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we don’t do either) or to appeal a decision we make about your request. Email us to use them. We won’t treat you differently for doing so.

Photos are stored privately and shown only through short-lived links. Passwords are hashed, and staff access is limited by role and protected with two-step sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.

Ardezan isn’t for anyone under 18, and photos of under-18s can’t be used for try-ons. If we learn we’ve collected a child’s information, we delete it.

Our providers and production partners work in more than one country, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in. We only share what each one needs, and we require them to protect it.

We’ll update this page as the service changes. If a change is significant, we’ll tell account holders by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
